Delivery Policy and methods

I currently only ship within the UK. If you would like to order from outside the UK please email for more information at fabiolaonthemoon@gmail.com

I aim to post all orders within 2 -5 working days. You will receive an email once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1-3 working days.

A delivery estimate time will be shown at checkout.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days after ordering, please get in touch so I can look into this as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Our Standard Service, used for sending Print Only orders. Delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Full tracking information is available and sent via email after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 

Tracked Service. Fully tracked with a 1-3 working day delivery aim, with the majority of parcels arriving next day. 

Royal Mail Special Delivery

Express Service Royal Mail Special Delivery is a guaranteed next day service, Monday to Saturday with parcels arriving before 1o’clock. Full tracking is available throughout the parcel’s journey.

Airmail Standard

Standard Service for print only orders. Delivery aim is 4 to 5 working days in Europe and 6 to 7 working days for the rest of the world. No tracking is available with this service.

Airmail International Tracked

Tracked Service for print only. This is a country dependent service, and not all countries offer a Tracked service, in these cases, we will use either Tracked & Signed or Signed For.
